This page explains what data the Wijha website collects and how we use and protect it.
Bookings
When you book we keep your name, phone number and email address, the package, the hotel, the number of travellers and the extras, your preferred travel date and its flexibility, your confirmation that the passports are valid and any note you write. We use them only to call you, confirm the booking and issue the tickets and vouchers. Nothing is paid on the website.
Passports and visas
We never ask you to upload a passport on the website. When the booking is confirmed we ask for the passport details needed for the tickets and visas, and share them only with the airline, the hotel and the authority that issues the visa.
WhatsApp and calls
When you message us on WhatsApp or we call you to confirm a booking, we use your number for that purpose only, and the chat itself is covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Accounts and the contact form
- Customer accounts (optional): name, email address, password (stored encrypted) and booking history.
- The contact form: your name, email address, subject and message, kept in the website’s dashboard.
Cookies and what your browser keeps
We use only the cookies we need: for signing in, for keeping your booking cart during your visit and for protecting forms from automated messages. We use no tracking or advertising tools.
Retention and your rights
Bookings are kept for five years for accounting, and contact messages for twelve months. You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or the deletion of your account at any time from the contact page, and we reply within 30 days.
