How booking & payment work
You book online without paying, and we confirm every detail with you before you pay.
- 1 Book online without paying Choose the package, the hotel, the number of travellers and your preferred travel date, and send the booking. We never ask for any payment on the website.
- 2 We call you and confirm the price A consultant calls you within working hours to confirm availability, flights and the final price; then you pay at the office or by bank transfer.
- 3 Your travel documents arrive We send the tickets, hotel vouchers and the visa where needed on WhatsApp or by email before you travel.
Before you book
All prices are per person sharing a double room and include what the package page lists. The price shown is a starting price; it changes with the travel date and the availability of flights and hotels.
Booking on the website
- Choose the package, the hotel (4 or 5 stars) and the number of travellers, and add any extras you need.
- On the checkout page, enter your name, phone number and email, and choose your preferred travel date and how flexible it is.
- Send the booking. We never ask for a card or take any payment on the website.
The consultant’s call and confirmation
A consultant calls you within working hours (Saturday to Thursday 09:00–21:00, Friday 16:00–21:00) to confirm availability, flight times and the final price, and answers your visa questions. Nothing is fixed until you agree.
Payment
- In cash or by card at our office: Office 304, 3rd floor, Al Ittihad Road, Deira — Dubai.
- Or by bank transfer; we email you the account details and the booking invoice.
We issue the tickets and hotel bookings once the payment arrives.
Documents
We send the tickets, hotel vouchers, the trip programme and the visa where needed on WhatsApp and by email, usually within two working days of payment.
