Do I pay anything when I book on the website?

No. You send the booking without paying, and a consultant calls within working hours to confirm availability, flights and the final price. Once you agree, you pay at our office in Deira or by bank transfer.

Is the price shown final?

The price shown is a starting price per person sharing a double room; it changes with the travel date and the availability of flights and hotels. We confirm the final price before you pay.

Do you help with visas?

Yes. We tell you the visa requirements for your passport and prepare the application with you if needed. The decision to grant a visa belongs to the embassy alone.

Can I change the date or cancel?

Changes and cancellation are free until the booking is confirmed and paid. After payment, the airline’s and hotel’s rules apply, and we explain them before you pay.
