Prices
Prices are in UAE dirhams, per person sharing a double room. They change with the travel date and the availability of flights and hotels; the binding price is the one your consultant confirms before you pay.
Booking and confirmation
A booking on the website is a first request that does not oblige you to pay. It becomes confirmed after the consultant’s call, your agreement to the final price and the payment at the office or by bank transfer.
Changes and cancellation
- Changing the date, the hotel or the number of travellers, or cancelling, is free until the booking is confirmed and paid.
- After payment, the airline’s and the hotel’s rules apply to any change or cancellation and some amounts may not be refundable; we explain them in writing before you pay.
- We add no cancellation fee beyond what these rules impose.
Visas and passports
- Passports must be valid for at least six months from the travel date.
- We help with the visa requirements and the application, but the decision belongs to the embassy or the immigration authority alone, and visa fees are not refunded if a visa is refused.
- If a visa is refused before payment, the booking is cancelled free of charge.
During the trip
The order of the tours may change with the weather or local conditions, keeping what the programme includes. We recommend travel insurance for every traveller.
